North Korea a global threat - Pres. Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump is saying North Korea threatens the entire global community, a short while after top staffers emphasized sanctions and pressuring Pyongyang.

China has suggested Washington is not taking enough responsibility for the growing crisis, while Russia says the Trump administration's rhetoric is aggressive.

Speaking after touring the annual air show at Andrews Air Force base south of Washington, U.S. President Donald Trump implied military options very much remain on the table, saying that North Korea is a threat to all.

The UK's terror threat level has been raised to 'critical', meaning a new attack is considered potentially imminent. 

It follows an explosion on Friday on a tube train in London which injured 29 people.

U.S. President Donald Trump was speaking generally when he suggested Scotland Yard must have known about the London tube attackers.

British Prime Minister Theresa May was unhappy with these posts on social media, telling the BBC, she "never thinks it's helpful for anybody to speculate on what is an ongoing investigation,"

National Security Adviser General H.R. McMaster tried to explain the President's intent.

U.S. President Donald Trump has three themes for his first trip to the United Nations General Assembly, which was explained by his staff in both casual and serious manner.

The meetings come following another missile launch by North Korea, and other continuing crises in South Sudan and tensions with Iran.

UN warns of growing digital divide between developed and developing nations

London Tube Attack Update



Police in Britain continue to investigate a terror attack on a London tube.


22 people were injured either in the incident or during the stampede to evacuate the tube.


The explosion took place during the morning rush hour, with counter terrorism police saying it came from an improvised device. 


Comments from US President Donald Trump on the incident however have received criticism from the UK Prime Minster

Cassini Space Probe Ends in Death Plunge into Saturn

U.S. official not allowed into Myanmar’s conflict area

Myanmar has announced that an official from the United States won't be
allowed to visit an area of the country that has seen a surge in
violence over recent weeks.

Violence in Rakhine state has prompted nearly 400,000 Rohingya muslims

MAY CRITICISES TRUMP OVER IED TWEETS

British Prime Minister Theresa May has criticised US President Trump over tweets about the explosion earlier on a London tube train.

President Trump suggested on twitter that whoever carried out the attack was 'in the sights of Scotland Yard.'

The Improvised Explosive Device went off on a train at Parsons Green station, injuring 22 people.
