North Korea fires projectiles into the East Sea from near missile base

North Korea has fired four projectiles into the sea off the country's east coast- that's according to the South Korean military.

That's according to a report in the New York Times, which cites Trump administration officials as signaling the need for a "dramatic warning" to Pyongyang.
