Russia says US tanks and troops in Poland a threat to national security

TRUMP: SPY CHIEF 'DENOUNCED' INTEL CLAIMS

US President-elect Donald Trump claims his country's spy chief has 'denounced' claims Russia has compromising information about him.

Mr Trump has tweeted that Director of National Intelligence James Clapper told him the report published by a US website is 'false and fictitious' as well as being 'illegally circulated'.

On Wednesday Mr Clapper had insisted the US intelligence community had not made a judgement on whether the information is reliable.

A 35 page dossier of information claims Russia has damaging personal and business details about Donald Trump.

Kremlin hope Putin and Trump will get along

A Kremlin spokesperson says there is hope that Russian President
Vladimir Putin will get along with Donald Trump when he becomes the
next US President.

At a press conference in New York Wednesday Trump said Russia was

British spy goes into hiding after being named as Trump memo author

Russia won’t be drawn into arms race- Defense Ministry

Germany posts strong growth for 2016

Germany's economy grew by one point nine percent last year, beating analyst expectations to record its strongest performance in five years.

Dozens ISIS-linked fighters detained in Russia’s Chechnya

Several dozens of ISIS-linked fighters were detained or eliminated in Russia's Chechnya during a special operation in the North Caucuses republic. US troops arrive in Poland

Three thousand US soldiers along with US tanks and armored vehicles are starting to arrive in Poland.

The American soldiers and their equipment are taking part in NATO's Operation Atlantic Resolve—which is a mission to show US commitment as Eastern Europe faces Russian aggression.

Intelligence chief seeks to assure Trump over leaked documents

US Intelligence Chief James Clapper has expressed his "dismay" at leaked, uncorroborated documents suggesting that Moscow has compromising information on Donald Trump.

Sexual Assault Lawsuit Filed against Doctor and USA Gymnastics

Eighteen women and girls have filed a lawsuit alleging  Michigan doctor sexually assaulted them.

The suit alleges USA Gymnastics and other organizations that employed the doctor failed to address concerns and prevent further abuse.

US designates Indonesia-based Jamaah Ansharut Daulah as terrorist group
