Massive fine, former VW execs indicted - US Justice Dept

Volkswagen is facing a fine of $4.3 billion and six former executives have been indicted on charges stemming from the emissions scandal.

The automaker claimed their diesel engine cars emitted very little pollution, when actually the engineers had installed special software to trick observers.
