German prosecutors investigating VW chairman

Prosecutors in Germany confirmed that they have widened their investigation into Volkswagen's emissions cheating scandal to include the carmaker's current chairman.  

VW also faces new allegations of cheating in California.

Final day of campaigning in US election & Clinton faces no charges over emails

As the US Election campaign enters its final day, Hilary Clinton has received an unexpected boost from the FBI.

Its director James Comey has told Congress he still sees no reason to bring a criminal prosecution against Mrs. Clinton after reviewing thousands of e-mails recently found on a computer used by a top Clinton aide.

British Prime Minister India Bilaterals

HSBC PROFIT DIVES

UK PRISON RIOT 'RESOLVED'

A major riot at a British prison has now been 'successfully resolved' according to the Prison Service.

The disturbance is thought to have involved over 200 inmates and it required police and specially-trained guards being called in.

Trump Blames FBI 'Rigged System' For Closure of Clinton Email Case

US Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump is blaming what he calls the 'rigged system' for the FBI's decision to end the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails.

FBI: No Clinton Charges After Searching New Batch of Emails

The FBI Director has told the US Congress that the agency hasn't changed its conclusions from earlier this year, that there is no case to bring against Hillary Clinton for her handling of private email.
