Government forces increasingly to blame for civilian deaths in Afghanistan

The United Nations estimate that the number of civilian casualties in
Afghanistan caused by pro-government forces has risen 42% compared
with last year.

Over 2,500 civilians have died in the country so far this year with
the UN blaming this on increased fighting in populated areas.

William Denselow reports from UN headquarters in New York.
