Leicester City have been congratulated by UK Prime Minister David Cameron for their 'extraordinary' title win.

The team was assembled on a shoestring budget and was nearly relegated last season.

Leicester are champions after Tottenham drew at Chelsea, meaning they could no longer close the gap on the Foxes.

US regulators oppose $28 billion oil services merger
