Oil rises above $100 a barrel in Asia after Iran talks fail

INTRO: Asian stocks were under pressure on Monday as the global oil benchmark, Brent Crude, rose 7 per cent to $102 a barrel.

Peace talks between the United States and Iran failed to make a breakthrough, and US President Donald Trump ordered a blockade of Iranian ports. Laura Westbrook reports from Hong Kong.
