The United States and China have concluded two days of bilateral talks in Paris.
The two sides discussed economic issues, and a possible summit in China at the end of the month between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping.
However, doubts have now been cast on that meeting, with the US treasury secretary saying that the US president may now stay in Washington to coordinate the war against Iran from there, and downplayed concerns that a delayed visit was due to increased tensions between the two sides.
