Pakistan has rejected claims by the Afghan administration that it targeted a drug rehabilitation hospital, insisting its armed forces carried out "precision airstrikes" on military installations and what it calls terrorist support infrastructure in Kabul and eastern Nangarhar.
The response comes after the Afghan Taliban accused Pakistan of hitting a treatment facility on Monday, claiming at least 400 people were killed and hundreds injured.
Tensions between the two neighbours have been rising since last month, when Pakistan carried out airstrikes inside Afghanistan.
