Oil prices whipsaw as Strait of Horumz remains shuttered to most traffic

Oil prices continued to whipsaw on Monday - climbing to over $106 a barrel before settling above $100 for a third straight session. The elevated prices come as the strategic Strait of Hormuz remains closed to most shipping traffic. Fiona Mee has this report from Dubai.
