European spy chiefs downplay Russia peace aspirations

According to the Reuters news agency European intelligence chiefs
believe Russia isn't interested in a quick resolution to the war in
Ukraine.

Another round of peace talks took place earlier this week and
Ukraine's president has accused Moscow of delaying tactics.
