Judge halts construction at ‘Alligator Alcatraz’

A federal judge has halted any new construction at 'Alligator Alcatraz' - the immigration detention facility located inside a Florida wetland. Environmental groups have argued that the facility is a threat to endangered animals.  Toni Waterman has more.
