The French prime minister will make announcements on Tuesday on the ongoing French budget plan for 2026.
François Bayrou, who is under pressure from the opposition in parliament, will outline how he intends to make savings of more than $40 billion dollars.
Another target is to reduce France's deficit to 4.6% of gross domestic product.
