Four people have reportedly been arrested and top police officials have been suspended in connection with a stampede outside a stadium in the Indian city of Bengaluru this week which left 11 people dead.
The stampede took place as fans gathered to celebrate the victory of the city's team in the Indian Premier League cricket tournament.
