US: NEW SURVEY SHOWS CONSUMER CONFIDENCE PLUMMETING

Consumer confidence in the United States has fallen to its lowest level since July 2022, amid stock market volatility and the President's implementation of tariffs on America's trading partners.

This comes ahead of President Trump imposing more sweeping levies, which he has called "reciprocal tariffs," set to take effect in early April.
