The French president is holding another meeting on Wednesday with allies, to try to agree a unified position on supporting Ukraine, in the wake of the US-Russia meeting in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.
Canada, the Baltic countries, and several other EU states will take part in a videoconference meeting hosted by Emmanuel Macron.
