NATO leaders are pledging continued support for Ukraine to the tune of tens of billions of dollars, as they kick off the alliance's 75th anniversary summit later in Washington DC.
The meetings come at a politically fraught time, with Russia hitting Ukraine's largest children's hospital as part of a deadly barrage across the war-torn country, and as President Joe Biden faces pressure to step down.
