A former CIA analyst has been charged with being South Korea's 'secret agent' in the United States.
Sue Mi Terry was indicted by a New York grand jury earlier this week for allegedly working for Seoul for more than a decade, in exchange for luxury gifts.
Her lawyer has denied the charges, saying they 'distort' her work as an independent scholar and analyst.
