The management of Dangote Refinery, owned by Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, says International Oil Companies or IOCs operating in Nigeria have consistently frustrated the company's requests for locally produced crude as feedstock for its refining process.
They allege that the IOCs insist on selling to the refinery above market price often through a third party.
