Zelensky calls for further easing of restrictions on using western-supplied weapons inside Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called on allies to further ease restrictions on using western-supplied weapons to strike targets deeper inside Russia after weekend attacks on Kharkiv killed at least four people and injured dozens more.
