Two Congolese soldiers and a Romanian mercenary have been killed in a rocket attack in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo. A Congolese security official says the rocket landed at their military base in North Kivu province over the weekend. The province has been the scene of violent clashes between the Congolese army and rebels of the M23 group. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa....
