Uvalde families sue TX state troopers over “failed” response to school shooting, settle with city

The families of those killed in the Robb Elementary school massacre are suing the Texas state police over its botched response to the rampage that left 19 children and two teachers dead. Officers waited 77 minutes before taking down the gunman. The families also say they have reached a $2m settlement with the city of Uvalde - nearly two years after the tragic mass shooting.
