UN concerned about possible Rafah Invasion

The United Nations says it will remain in Rafah despite reports that
the Israeli army has ordered Palestinians to begin evacuating.
More than one million Palestinians are sheltering in Gaza's most
southern city and the UN fears there could be a high number of deaths.
