Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott has granted a full pardon to a man convicted of killing a Black Lives Matter protester in 2020. Daniel Perry was sentenced to 25 years behind bars - and became a cult hero among some Republicans who said he was acting in self-defense. Toni Waterman has more.
