At least 20 people have died after a boat they were traveling in capsized in Lake Albert in the northeast of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The passengers were traders who were returning to the DRC from neighboring Uganda with tonnes of goods. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.....
