NOAA issues Atlantic hurricane predictions - and it ain’t pretty

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued its forecast for the Atlantic hurricane season… and it's expected to be a doozy…with the highest number of named storms, hurricanes and major hurricanes ever issued for the May outlook. Toni Waterman has more.
