Louisiana lawmakers pass bill to make abortion pills a controlled substance

Republican lawmakers in the Louisiana House have passed a bill that would classify abortion pills as a controlled substance. Most abortions - both medical and surgical - are already banned in the state. Toni Waterman has more.
