India likely to sign pact with Iran to manage Chabahar port for 10 years

India has been developing a part of the port in Chabahar, which is located on Iran's coast along the Gulf of Oman, as a way to transport goods to central Asian countries by avoiding its rival Pakistan's Karachi port.
