Georgia's state Court of Appeals has agreed to review a lower court's decision not to disqualify Fani Willis as the District Attorney prosecuting former US President Trump in his election interference case in the state.
The case has been delayed after revelations that Fani Willis was in a romantic relationship with one of Mr Trump's top prosecutors resulted in a series of hearings that culminated in the district attorney being allowed to remain.
