Donald Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen is testifying at a New York court today — a make-or-break witness in the former US President's historic criminal trial, the first of four he faces as he vies for the Oval Office again.
Prosecutors allege Mr Trump falsified business records to cover up an affair with an adult film star and keep the story out the news at the height of his Presidential campaign, an attempt, they claim, to influence the outcome of the 2016 election.
Cohen — Trump's fixer-turned-foe — was responsible for paying Stormy Daniels the $130,000 in return for her silence.
