Antonio Guterres calls on Israel and Hamas to agree to a ceasefire

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres says he is deeply
concerned by a planned large-scale military operation in Rafah.
Speaking from his office in New York upon receiving Italian President,
Sergio Mattarella, the Secretary General urged the government of
Israel and the leadership of Hamas to go the extra mile to ensure a
ceasefire.
