U.S. foreign aid bills to be sent to the lower chamber of Congress after months of debate


The U.S. House is moving ahead with voting on Saturday on foreign aid bills that include money for Ukraine, Israel and the Indo-Pacific among other causes.

It's taken months to get a vote on the floor largely due to divisions within the Republican party, and speaker Mike Johnson's job may be under threat.
