UGANDA'S CONSTITUTIONAL COURT UPHOLDS AN ANTI-HOMOSEXUALITY LAW

The Constitutional Court in Uganda has declined to nullify the country's controversial anti-homosexuality law.  The petitioners challenged the law arguing that it violates fundamental rights. Leon Ssenyange reports
