Tennessee Senate passes bill to arm teachers after deadly school shooting

Republican lawmakers in the Tennessee Senate have passed a bill that would allow teachers and staff members to carry concealed handguns on school campuses.  The bill comes just a year after three children and three adults were killed in a mass shooting at the Covenant School in Nashville.
