Supreme court to decide on legality of Indian leader's arrest

The chief minister of Delhi and one of India's most prominent opposition leaders has filed a challenge in India's Supreme Court, alleging his arrest is illegal.

Arvind Kejriwal (PRONO: ERR-WIND KEJ-REE-WALL) was arrested last month in a corruption case.

His party has questioned the timing of the arrest which took place weeks ahead of a general election.
