Leaders of South Korea’s ruling People Power Party are stepping down following a massive defeat in the country’s parliamentary elections on Wednesday.
The opposition Democratic Party won 185 of 300 contested seats in what experts say is a blow to the administration of president Yoon Suk Yeol.
