Judge tosses Trump 1st amendment argument

A judge in Georgia has rejected calls from Donald Trump's legal team
to dismiss his election interference case on the grounds of free
speech.

The former president faces criminal charges relating to efforts to
overturn Trump's election defeat in that state in 2020.
