Delhi's CM moves to Indian Supreme Court after his plea challenging his arrest is rejected

The jailed chief minister of Delhi has challenged his arrest in the Indian Supreme Court.

This comes a day after the Delhi High court rejected his appeal challenging his arrest in a corruption case.
