Conservative British MP suspended over alleged misuse of funds

A British Member of Parliament has been suspended from the Conservative Party over allegations that he misused campaign funds. It comes after the Times newspaper published accusations that he asked his team to help pay off "bad people" in the middle of the night. Julia Chapman reports.
