UK GOVT INSISTS RWANDA SCHEME ON SCHEDULE DESPITE NEW DEFEATS

The proposed amendments to the plan to deport asylum seekers are likely to delay the passage of the bill until after Easter.

Hein de Haas from the International Migration Institute says spending money on clearing the asylum backlog would be more effective.
