Search and rescue continues after vessel crashed into Baltimore bridge

One person is in a critical condition after a large vessel struck a major bridge in Baltimore, causing it to collapse into the Patapsco River. Two people were rescued from the scene and first responders are still looking for seven more. Simon Marks has more from Washington.
