France hits Google with $270m fine (UPDATE)

France's competition watchdog has hit Google with a $270m fine for breaches related to intellectual property rules. The law requires online platforms to pay media outlets if they publish their content. But France says Google has failed to broker deals quickly enough. Toni Waterman has more from Paris.
