The House of Lords has voted against the Government's controversial UK- Rwanda Treaty.
For the first time, the UK's upper house of parliament has voted to delay ratifying a Treaty, which is central to the Government's plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda.
This could prove to be a major setback for the governing Conservative Party, which has made the plan a key policy in the build up to a general election.
