Shakira cuts deal with Spanish authorities over tax affairs

Pop icon Shakira has agreed a multimillion dollar settlement with Spanish tax authorities.

The Colombian singer was set to go on trial in Barcelona, accused of failing to pay more than 15 million dollars in taxes.
