Major U.S. bank makes management overhaul

Citigroup has announced it's undergoing a major overhaul of its
management structure with sweeping layoffs expected.

Some leadership changes are set to be unveiled Monday as part of a
move seen as the American bank's biggest reshuffle in nearly 20 years.
