Indian officials racing to rescue workers trapped in a Himalayan tunnel for three days

Indian rescue officials are racing to bring out 40 construction workers, who have been trapped inside a collapsed tunnel in North India since Sunday.

So far, relief efforts have been hampered by the terrain in the Himalayan region.
