Biden Administration makes available $6 billion to fight climate change

U.S President Joe Biden has announced a more than 6 billion dollar
plan to "strengthen climate resilience".
The announcement from the White House coincides with the release of
the Fifth National Climate Assessment report which has found that the
U.S. is not meeting its climate goals.
