Intro:
Indian opposition leader Rahul Gandhi has been reinstated as a member of the parliament ahead of the vote of no confidence against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Gandhi was convicted in a defamation case for allegedly insulting Mr. Modi's surname - which disqualified him from his position as an MP.
But that conviction has now been stayed by India's Supreme Court.
