South Korean president Yoon calls for changes in disaster response following deadly floods

South Korea's president Yoon Suk Yeol has called for an overhaul of the country's response to climate related disasters after dozens of people were killed in recent days due to torrential rain.

Fourteen of the people who died were trapped in a flooded tunnel.
